Overview
The industries of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) are facing increasing demands for higher performing innovative solutions in spite of continuous global and regional economic challenges. Projects are becoming increasingly complex, fast track and under-resourced. This is further exacerbated by the segregated nature of the AEC industry where various disciplines – often working in silos – continuously struggle to communicate effectively thus severely compromising deliverability and quality. This presentation proposes a new and highly effective method to capture design rationale and to communicate design intent of highly complex projects from concept to construction, using the Al-Bahr Towers and other innovative projects as case studies.
